Samantha K. Dravis
Senior Counsel and Associate Administrator, Office of Policy

Samantha Dravis currently serves as Senior Counsel and Associate Administrator, Office of Policy at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The Office of Policy is the primary policy arm of EPA, providing multi-disciplinary analytic skills, management support, and special expertise in the areas of regulatory policy and management, environmental economics, strategic environmental management, and sustainable communities.
Prior to serving at EPA, Samantha worked as President of the Rule of Law Defense Fund, a 501(c)(4) public policy organization affiliated with the Republican Attorneys General Association. She has also previously served as Associate Director of Political Affairs at The White House during the administration of President George W. Bush, as Legislative Assistant to Congressman Dan Lungren of California, and as a litigation associate at the law firm Taft, Stettinius & Hollister.
Samantha is an honors graduate of the University of Kansas and the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was Executive Solicitation Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics, and Public Policy. She resides in Arlington, Virginia.
