Contract Solicitations

Effective Immediately

In order to be awarded Purchase Orders at or above US $3,500.00, Contractors are required to get a DUNS number.  A DUNS number is a unique 9-digit identifier issued and maintained by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) that verifies the existence of a business entity globally. D&B assigns DUNS numbers for each physical location of a business.  All government contractors globally can receive a DUNS number at no charge and, under normal circumstances, within 24-72 hours when using the D&B web form process (http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform) or by calling D&B in the United States at +1-866-785-0428.

In order to be awarded contracts at or above US$30,000.00, Contractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM).  Please note that in order to register in SAM you need to first obtain a DUNS number and a NATO CAGE Code.  To find out more about obtaining a NATO CAGE CODE (NATO Commercial and Government Entity code) and SAM Registration (System for Award Management), please check this .pdf file for more information.  Please understand that these requests can take from a few days to several weeks to process. See this link for SAM User Guides.
