In order to be awarded Purchase Orders at or above US $10,000.00, Contractors are required to get a DUNS number. A DUNS number is a unique 9-digit identifier issued and maintained by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) that verifies the existence of a business entity globally. D&B assigns DUNS numbers for each physical location of a business. All government contractors globally can receive a DUNS number at no charge and, under normal circumstances, within 24-72 hours when using the D&B web form process (http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform) or by calling D&B in the United States at +1-866-785-0428.

Please note that in order to register in SAM you need to first obtain a DUNS number and a NATO CAGE Code. 191T5520Q0004 – Replacement of Built in Closets in spaces at U.S. Consulate General Naples, Italy CGR – Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The solicitation will be launched as soon as ready end September 2020. The U.S. Consulate General Naples in Italy has the need to replace built in closet spaces at Consulate building CGR.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. The magnitude of this project is estimated at between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning to conduct a site survey and the date time and location will be provided to all interested potential offerors. Site su rvey date is scheduled for the 22nd September 2020.
Interested offerors shall send an e-mail to GSOProcurementNaples@state.gov no later than September 16, 2020. We will send attachments of the project design to all companies that respond and provide interest in the site survey.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. PR9254491 – The U.S. Consulate in Naples has a requirement to purchase 1EA 5PAX fully electric vehicle with EUROPEAN SPECIFICATIONS. It should be a multi-space vehicle such as (these are only examples) the Fiat Doblo’, Citroen Berlingo, Ford Tourneo Connect, Hyundai Kona or Dacia Dokker. It is essential that spare parts for the vehicle can be found locally and that maintenance and regular tune-ups can also be carried out at local maintenance/repair shops. With the batteries being fully charged, the vehicle must be able to run for at least 300 km. It should have the “full optional” package, including A/C, electric windows, hill control etc. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
