    • Family Petitions (I-130)
      Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, is used to establish relationship between a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident to certain alien relative who wish to immigrate to the United States.
    • Abandonment of Status (I-407)
      Form I-407 is used to abandon your permanent residence in the United States and relinquish your Permanent Resident Card.
    • Orphan Petitions (I-600A and I-600)
      Form I-600A is used by a U.S. citizen who plans to adopt a foreign-born child and enables USCIS to adjudicate the application that relates to the qualifications of the applicant(s) as prospective adoptive parent(s).Form I-600 is used to classify an orphan, habitually resident in a non-Hague Convention country, who is or will be adopted by a U.S. citizen as an immediate relative of the U.S citizen.
    • Orphan Petitions under the Hague Convention (I-800A and I-800)
      Form I-800A is used to adjudicate the eligibility and suitability of the applicant(s) to adopt a child who habitually resides in a Hague Adoption Convention country.Form I-800 is used to determine the child’s eligibility for classification as a Convention adoptee. The petition is filed by the U.S. Citizen prospective adoptive parent to finalize the immigration process of a child who habitually resides in a Convention country.
    • Fingerprinting
      The Rome Field Office provides limited fingerprint services for immigration related purposes.
